Some frequently asked questions answered

Q1. What is the age range for children attending the camp?
Ans: 5 – 12 years (K1-P6)

Q2. What is the camp duration?
Ans: 24-27 Nov 2008, Tues-Fri. Registration starts from 8 am; the camp ends at 5.30 pm.
HOWEVER, the camp ends on Camp Finale Night, 27 Nov 2008, at around 8.30 pm

Q3. How do I register my child for the camp?
Ans: Register online [currently unavailable], or download the form, fill it up and snail mail it to us with your cheque.

Q4: What are the camp fees?
Ans: S$50.00 per child.

Q5: How can I make payment for camp fees?
Ans: Make your crossed cheque out to: “Singapore Thomson Road Baptist Church”, write your child’s name on the back of the cheque, and mail it to:

Q6: Can I accompany my child during the camp?
Ans: No.

Q7: What does my child need to bring for the camp?
Ans: Stationery, a water bottle everyday, and a cap/hat for the outing. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BRINGING EXPENSIVE PERSONAL ITEMS such as mobile phones, MP3 players, PSPs, etc.

Q8: What do the camp fees cover?
Ans: It covers all teaching material, two tea breaks and lunch per day, one t-shirt for the registered child, and transport for outings.

Q9: We are non-Christians, can we join the camp?
Ans: Yes, of course!

Q10: How can I contact my child during the camp?
Ans: Call us at our CEC hotline: 97904698. One of the committee members will answer this line.

Q11: My child needs to take medication, can the teacher administer it for me?
Ans: No, we are not allowed to medicate children (in fact, this is probably illegal!)

Q13: How can I give a love gift to this ministry?
