To those who didn’t sign up in time – we’re really sorry, but this is a popular camp, and we started registrations in July, and ended in September – if you didn’t get a place, we really, really have no space!

t-shirts, registrations and confirmation

Hmm… seems like there’s some confusion with the t-shirts, registrations and confirmations. Let’s tackle this one by one, shall we?

1. T-shirts

Each registered child will get a t-shirt FREE. The camp fees cover the cost of this t-shirt.
Any EXTRA t-shirts that you have ordered will be an additional $10 each.
So ONLY PAY for EXTRA t-shirt orders.

2. Registrations and Confirmation

REGISTRATION means giving us your child’s details and your contact information.
CONFIRMATION means that we have received your cheque, and your child’s place has been reserved for him/her.

Many of you have REGISTERED.
Once we have received your cheque, we will CONFIRM your child’s place.

This process may take a little longer than usual; none of our organising committee members are full-time staff workers, so we do ask for your understanding on this.

How time flies! It’s already June, and we’re almost ready to ramp up our preparations for CEC 2008. Recruitment for teachers and helpers will be starting soon, and we’re already getting queries about sign-ups!

We know that you’re all ready to call or email us to chope your child’s place at this year’s Childrens’ Enrichment Camp 2008, but twiss-twiss!!! Not yet, not yet, so hold your horses! We’re not quite ready to open registrations, so sorry about that – the online system is still undergoing testing – we don’t want to repeat the Formula1 ticket server crash!

So what can you do in the meantime? You can now sign up to our e-mailing list so that you will get all our latest updates: http://groups.google.com/group/trbccec – remember to put trbccec@googlegroups.com on your “safe” email address list, or our messages to you might end up in your spam box.

We will email you occasional updates on what the TRBC CEC 2008 committee is up to, and YES, confirmed guarantee chop signed in triplicate endorse – we will tell you when we will be opening registrations.
